Location: Tholian Border/Main Bridge

Winter nodded he knew the time was right. "Ensign, Drop the cloak, and begin yellow alert. Ensign Ragen, enter us into orbit of Dorelle."

"Aye sir." Said Ragen as she manipulated the helm controls before her to carry out his orders. Out in space the Akira-class vessel shimmered into existence as the vessel De-cloaked still well on the side of the Federation. The First Officer, Lieutenant Thorin spoke up, "Ops, begin passive sensor sweeps of the Tholian Border, constantly relay the information to SB 400. Let them know we're on schedule and at point Alpha."

Point Alpha was the first leg of their mission to deploy a tachyon detection grid along the Federation-Tholian Border now that the Typhon Pact had been realized.

Winter walked up the tactical situation board after he stood from his command chair. Dorelle was in a bad tactical position should the Tholians ever decide to attack, it would be pretty much defenseless.

Thorin, the Andorian First Officer also stood and examined the map with him. "Ensign, can you identify the Tholian Vessel's movement and its precise Location?"

K`Wor tapped in a few commands on the Tactical panel, then relayed the data to situation board. "These ships must be newly commissioned, the ship's computer has no data on them. However they are both Destroyer class, fifty-five meters long, three decks, One type-16 disruptor, two type-12 disruptors, one Type 6 photon torpedo tubes with 20 torpedoes, two 'Web Spinners', High Output Shielding system."

The young man paused while he brought up the Tholian's course. "They are maintaining a standard patrol pattern within their own borders. Wait one." He paused again... "I have another vessel on sensors, approaching the boarder, heading toward us. Tholian Battleship. One type-18 disruptor cannon, four type-12 disruptor cannon, two Type 8 photon torpedo tubes with 450 torpedoes, two 'Web Spinners', High Output Shielding system. Vessel is identified as the Krislat, General Tozrax in command." He looked back at Commander Winter.

"On screen." Winter said turning away from the tactical map and stood next to K'Wor. "Mr. Lee, make sure you get an accurate scan of these vessels so we can relay them to Admiral Bremer."

David now knew why he was brought on this trip. "Yes sir."

"Tozrax." Thorin breathed. "He has a reputation even against Andorian Guard ships of the past."

Winter agreed. "He's even had some success against Federation Starships."

"What's his move?" Brandy asked.

Walking down to his command chair Winter agreed. "More so who will make the first move, Open a channel Ensign." Winter said to K'Wor as he came to a stop behind Ragan. Tholians were mysterious for not wanting visual communication.

"Channel Open." K'Wor said evenly.

"This is Commander James Winter of the Federation Starship Saratoga. Just a little neighborly reminder, We are remaining on our side of the Border and have no interest in crossing. We are conducting routine training operations let this serve as our notice."

He waited patiently to see if General Tozrax would reply.
