Mission: Episode 112 - A Trip to Remember
Location: Starbase 400 - Outside Serenity Gallery
Timeline: Current

On a break from her first shift, where she had been crawling around jeffries tubes all morning, Deezell took the opportunity to have a walk upright for a while on the promenade. As she passed a shop specialising in handcrafted jewellery, she came across the closed Serenity Gallery that was owned by Raekwon, the previous host to Vox. She noticed outside the shop stood a man. She casually approached and as she got closer she recognised him as the man she saw the previous day whilst having dinner with Lieutenant O’Riley.

"Erm excuse me" she said in a nervous tone. "It's Len Varis isn't it?" she added.

He turned around and stared at the young woman in front of him.

"Yes but have we met?" He asked.

"Not exactly. I am Ensign Deezell Vox, Raekwon was my previous host and owner of the Serenity Galley. I was, sorry, he was bringing back a Sonrenya Vase from Trill for you but sadly he was involved in a tragic accident and died as a result of his injuries. Although I am not Raekwon, I might still be able to get you that vase if you like. It's the least that I could do."

"Oh that is tragic. Rae was quite a character and a salesman. I wouldn't want to put you to any trouble but the vase was meant to be a gift for my wife. So, if you could get one for me, I would appreciate it." Len replied.

"Let me see what I can do. Shall we meet for a coffee tomorrow, say around 16:00 and I will let you know how I get on?" Deezell replied.

"That sounds great. Thank you so much for this." Len replied.

"Great, I have to get back to work but I will make some calls later and see what I can arrange. See you tomorrow Len. " With that, Deezell headed back to more crawling and repair work.

As she walked away, Len looked at her. "Rae was a good salesman and antique dealer but she is way more pleasing to the eyes" he muttered as he head on his way.
