Well I've been here about a week now - most of that time on board the USS Princeton, so I'm still just trying to find my way around the starbase. I even uploaded the station's schematics into my personal padd just to keep from getting lost.

It looks like the Admiral here runs a pretty tight ship, the folks I've met so far have been some of the most professional, and yet warm and friendly that I've had the privilege to serve with. This might not be such a lousy assignment.

I think I just got rankled by Starfleet Command shipping me to yet another assignment just when I was starting to feel at home on the Crazy Horse, or maybe it's because I was so used to being right there... on the front line, in the middle of the action that made me feel like this assignment was some kind of demotion.

Truth is this station may be all that there is standing between peace and total anarchy in this sector. Looks like I'm right where I need to be after all.
