| Physical Description | He looks human as all El Aurians do but has long ears. He has ice blue eyes, and long dark curly hair. He is never clean shaven, he likes to have some fuzz on his face. He’s tall and well built, not too skinny, but not too bulked up. He has tattoos on both arms, a rose on the inside of his arm with a thorny stem that wraps around his arm and goes all the way up ending in a point on the front of his shoulder and pointing towards his color bone. He has one on each arm done in black ink. Also has a tattoo of a Phoenix rising out of the flames across his back. |

| General Overview | Hades is a great listener. He has an astounding bedside manner. He’s kind and patient and very caring. He has a genuine concern for his clients and views them as family. In personal life he is quiet and shy. He has a great sense of humour but his confidence seems to stay in sickbay. When he’s off duty he prefers to read, go to the holodeck, paint, write, and play the piano. He has a sharp intellect a somewhat sarcastic streak. | |
| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strength Hades is a great CMO, very detail oriented, very by the book, able to think on his feet, a perfectionist (which can be a weakness too since he’s very hard on himself). He is very good at guiding people, patient, up to date with all Starfleet protocols, and is a very good problem solver, and very organized. He is always up on what the latest medical news is. Weakness Food wise: Chocolate; Person wise: His family Personality wise: Hades is very hard on himself. He holds himself to a higher standard then others. He is claustrophobic somewhat and a bit of a gramophone although he might not admit it. When he is feeling bored he does go into day dream mode. He completes tasks on time but works too hard and when he is burned out he tends to get sarcastic. He does tend to be blunt and to the point at times. |

| Personal History | 2355 BORN on Romulus where his family settled. He was the middle child and as such always the peacemaker in his family. He didn’t exactly have a great childhood. His parents fought quite a bit. His older brother Saul was the first to run away from home. Hades could not do the same. He stayed to take care of his baby sister and as a result got the brunt of the bad situation. His parents were a bit off, his mother was depressed and his father was loud and rude. When he was 20 he’d decided that he’d had enough. He packed up his little sister and left for earth where he entered Starfleet academy and a year later got married to a woman who he loved very much, Myst Vegali, and Andorian Diplomat. At Starfleet he learned that he loved medicine and his brilliant mind allowed him to be a great surgeon and he even took veterinary medicine to be ready for life on a star ship. His sister eventually went into Starfleet herself but went into diplomacy and is now stationed on Vulcan. He is proud of both is heritages but is always weary of how to control his Vulcan side, his father was the ambassador to Romulus, a Vulcan male and emotions were frowned upon…at least for the kids. He has authored several medical papers both on modern medicine and herbal medicine. The natural approach. After Starfleet, before his first assignment he took a year off to study in the Buddhist monasteries on Earth the lived on the island known as Japan for 6 months before returning to Starfleet. More recently in 2391 his wife of many years decided to leave him. She had fallen in love with a Klingon. Hades sank into a deep depression and as a result shut down. Laga and Saul, to protect their brother asked for a sabbatical in his name and tried to break him out of the deep depression that he sank into. Close to the end of the year Starfleet sent him a message that they wanted him back and they assigned him to Starbase 400 and also asked for the research that he was doing while on sabbatical. Frantically his sister and brother called on his two best friends, a Cardassian named Eelim Galan, and a Vulcan/Romulan/Betazoid named Antony Survek to come to Vulcan and help him snap out of the depression. |
