Scored higher than many Academy Graduates. After completing the courses, he was recommended for OCS, but declined 2379 - Assigned to the USS California as an Engineering and Damage Control Specialist. Captain of the California again recommended him for OCS, but he again declined. Instead, he was promoted to Warrant Officer 2380 - Assigned to the USS Pegasus-B 2381 - Assigned to Starbase 400 as Chief Warrant Officer over all Damage Control Teams |
