A new Operations Officer

I want everyone to welcome Phil AKA Ltjg Jack Solomon to the Starbase 400 family! He’s a former member of the USS Essex simm and has been simming for several years, so I’m sure many of you will remember him.

He’s going to be taking the position of Asst. Chief Operations Officer aboard SB400 and for Mission 84 he’ll be assigned to the USS Venator for the rest of Mission 84.

Welcome aboard Starbase 400 Phil!
