New SB400 Simm Guide

So last night, I thought I'd make a 'cheat sheet' for the SB400 simm on the SMS site. What I made was a 'Simm Guide' and added a link to it at the top of the SMS page. The guide just a menu of quick links from the main SB400 site, things like simm rules, SB400 info, support ship info, maps, timeline, specs, etc things that might be needed when posting.

It isn't meant to replace the main site, just be another useful tool for the simm.
