Nova Upgrade (completed)

The upgrade to Nova is completed. Everyone will have to use the password that Jacob sent out to log into the site (then change your password). I have readded positions we have that weren't set by default for all players, and am working on the NPCs now.

If you see anything that's missing or broken, please let me know.
