Updated SMS/NOVA Menu

I made a few minor edits to the SMS/NOVA menus. At the top, you'll see 'SB400 Main Site' is now listed as 'Flash Site'.

Also, I added 'News'. This is a direct link to the 'Federation News Service' section of the Main SB400 site. If you haven't checked out that area before, you'll see it not only had some News about our current mission, but also some NPC news (and sometimes news about other simms in The Ninth Fleet. There's also a section for interviews...which I will be getting updated on a more regular basis again...and most likely interviewing all of you for too!

Also, I added a Log in link to the 'Main' submenu (so you'll see the log in option on the right side menu when you click on 'Main'. A few people mentioned the Log in option was sometimes cut off on the top menu, so I wanted to be sure it was visible for everyone!

I will also be looking over the 'Simm Guide' menu, if there is something you'd like me to add there for quick reference, just let me know!
