Removing Two Players

Today I had to remove a long time member of the sim from the active list. Paul aka SgtMaj Pepper and Major Pepper (PNPC) was on ELOA for a while but since advising me he was returning late last year, he's not posted. I've also had to remove Anthony aka Mr Widdy. Anthony has sadly gone MIA on all sims he was a part of, but based on previous convocations we will keep Mr Widdy as an NPC on SB400.

Both players are welcome to return when they are able.
