Episode 94 saved JPs

There's currently 8 saved JPs that seem to be active (edited within the last week or so). PLEASE have these finished and posted within the next few days. I'll hold us off on moving to Episode 95 until Saturday 7/15.

Also, I purged about 5 JPs that haven't been edited in 2017 at all, some were even over a year old.

I added Episode 95's outline to the 'Upcoming Missions' tab and started getting ship assignments done. Trust me, everyone will have something to do on this episode and the next several. Things are about to get really busy for us on SB400 so hang on!!
