Please join me in welcoming Mark, aka Lieutenant Asher Fulton, the new Assistant Chief Engineering Officer on Starbase 400.

With the current episode already moving, I'm going to put Lt Fulton on the USS Ark Royal so he can interact with the other Engineering PCs and NPCs.
