SB400 Site Updates

Hey everyone.

I've made a few minor updates to some of the specs for modern era Federation Ships in the Database. I've also add some into to the Promenade listed on the Starbase Tour and a new page to the Tour.

On the Promenade page, I've added many of the restaurants we've mentioned over the years to add a little depth as well as info on popular shops, holosuits, etc.

I've also added Studio 400, a disco and night club to the tour that a few people have requested.

Also, for the HoloSuite 3 page, if you want me to add your characters' favorite food and drink, send me a PM and I'll add it!
