I've set up a channel on Discord for Starbase 400. https://discord.gg/CN3wVGb

Discord is like IRC, it's a chat app and offers a lot of features that will allow members to chat with each other. Anything from general chat to discussing episodes and ideas are welcome.

You do have to sign up for an account, but it's easy and free.
