I've set up an IRC Chat Channel for Starbase 400 on the Ace IRC Network. There, we can all chant about all things SB400 including Episodes, tech, specs, etc as well as general chat.

You can get to there by going to either the 'Comm System' link on the lower left of the Main Site' LCARS panel or the 'Sim Guide' link above.
