Civilians on SB400

As many of you know, we have several NPC, PNPC, and PC civilians on SB400. Most are NPCs that have been apart of SB400 for many years, used off an on in development posts...mostly promenade shop owners, etc.

We've recently, in the last few months, added a really good PC civilian in Lwazanda Ral, but we've also had other players make some PNPCs (player-NPCs) and I'd like to see more activity out of them, especially when the plot of an episode is slow centered around character development.

Some of the PNPCs include;
Merah Xorin
Splendora Sage
Tom Vercetti
Janice Fultian-Bremer
Zark
Mar'g

There's more, and even more NPCs, so no one should be able to say they have nothing to post about! lol


Also remember, if you want to add a NPC or PNPC please let me know first before created the character.
