New Crewmember and Positions

Everyone please welcome Sampy to Starbase 400. He's a very experienced simmer, going back to the 90s. His character is one he's played for a long time, Sampson Foster. Foster is a Commodore and will be taking the position of Recruitment and Training Coordinator, a new position on SB400.
Also, at the end of Episode 90, Captain Greenwood will be taking over as Training Officer, so I'm hoping this new department and positions can not only add some depth and interaction, but also give SB400 something most sims don't have.

Thank you for the very kind welcome to the Starbase 400 sim community. I'm really very excited to have this opportunity to write with so many Star Trek simming legends. With any luck, I'll have Sampson settled in sooner rather than later so that we can jump right into the thick of things. Thanks again for the warm welcome, it's genuinely appreciated.
