Two New Members

Please join me in welcoming 2 new members of the Starbase 400 family!

First we have Cat, she'll be playing Ensign Nephele Prodromou, the new Media Relations Officer in the Diplomatic department. She's an experienced player and should fit right in.

Next we have Kevin, he'll be playing Rhydrol, a new civilian. He's also an experienced player.
