Welcome two new members

I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season! We will return to business as usual on Monday 1/4 regarding posting.

In the meantime, please join me in welcoming two new members to the SB400 family!

First is Kurt, aka First Lieutenant Deborah Casion, the new 3rd Marine Engineering Battalion CO. I can see a lot of interaction with the Engineering department coming!

Secondly is David, but he's not bringing in a new character. Instead he'll be taking over his old 'David Andrenicus' character as FAdm. Sevlek's Chief of Staff.


Welcome both of you to the Starbase 400 family!
