A new member of R&D

Welcome aboard to our newest member of the R&D Department, Lieutenant Tanner Willeg! Taking the position of Engine and Warp System Design Specialist, Tanner will be apart of the USS Vanguard's crew (since that's the R&D ship).

Captain Weatherlight is the R&D CO and CO of the Vanguard, I'm sure he can get a JP started with you to get you aboard. We'll just have to assume you join the crew (IC) just before leaving SB400
