Starbase 400 hosted Banner Exchange

I wanted to let everyone know I finally got around to a project I've been
meaning to do for a while now. I've set up a banner exchange for SciFi
sites and Simms hosted by Starbase 400. There use to be many of these
advertising banner exchanges, but today there's only a few. To help
everyone do a little bit more 'passive advertising', I finally got the
time to get ours online, lol.

It's a very vanilla, no fluff script. It's very simple for users and for
me as the admin. The negative side of that is, it only allows for one
banner per member and no 'footer' text, or way to change the background
colors, but that said it seems to be working well and has everything
that's needed to work well.

You're all welcome to try it out, it's for all SciFi Sites and Simm, so far only SB400 is on there, but it is less than 24 hours old lol.
