Everyone join me in welcome Liam to Starbase 400! Liam ia a long time simmer and GM. He's guest posted on SB400 before as the CO of Starbase 349 (Starbase Bravo).

He's joining us as Captain L'Verrem, a Caitian and new Chief Science Officer. We'll bring him aboard after we wrap up the wedding posts and Mission 85.
